Wax Melts, or Scented Wax, are a simple way to fragrance your home without an open flame, as the wax melts and releases fragrance while it warms. Since the wax isn’t burned, there’s no smoke or soot from the wax itself, which many people prefer for a fresher indoor feel. Scented wax often lasts longer and spreads more evenly throughout the room and, as a bonus, you can reuse the same wax piece until the scent begins to fade.

How long does a wax melt last?

One piece of Yumea Scented Wax usually lasts between 8 and 12 hours. The smaller pieces in our Discovery Set last around 1 to 3 hours. You can reuse the same piece across multiple sessions until the scent becomes faint, then replace it with a new one.

How long before the fragrance begins to show?

In a smaller room, our scented wax usually starts to unfold within 5 to 10 minutes. In a larger room, it can take between 10 and 20 minutes.

When do I replace the wax?

Replace the wax when the fragrance begins to fade, and you want a more intense scent. This usually happens after using the same wax piece for around 10 hours. You can reuse the same wax piece across multiple sessions, so you don’t need to use it all at once.

How do I clean the wax warmer?

Cleaning your Yumea Wax Warmer is simple. Let the wax fully harden, then lift out the silicone cup and press the bottom to loosen the edges, making the wax easy to remove.

How do I use my wax warmer?

Begin by placing the wax warmer on a flat surface. The upper part of the warmer will become hot during use, so handle with care. Place a tealight in the designated notch inside the warmer. Add a piece of scented wax to the silicone cup on top, or add a little water with a few drops of essential oil. Wait a few minutes, then enjoy as the room fills with fragrance.
